The Early Childhood Intervention Centre had their second webinar on the 20th March 2021. The topic was one often struggled with by parents and went about about explaining the Impact of a child’s inner drive to his or her level of action.
The short workshop, did NOT go about telling parents how to motivate their children to do school work or to convince them on doing their daily chores…but explained the concept of motivation in a child and how it develops and how, as parents, we can provide appropriate input to this process to allow children to have a high sense of volition and thus participate robustly in all of their life’s challenges.
The webinar is twofold, the first being the phases of motivation and action. The second is take-home-tools for parents to use with this newfound information. Please find link for the webinar recording below.
